If I’m a manager, I’m instructing my players to do everything they can to throw defenders off balance - because that’s going to cause a natural reaction to put their arms out to regain balance. And then I’m going to tell them to head the ball downward in the box in hopes it hits an arm. Why wouldn’t you?! Especially when you’re trying to equalize and save a point.

It’s absolutely absurd and it’s directly impacting game results. Then the ref is throwing out red cards at players/coaches after the match is over.
