Phil Foden with a late 1990's boy band haircut.

You think two center mids can walk into a midfield of Adrien Rabiot, N'golo Kante, and Paul Pogba? Really?

Rice isn't supplanting Benjamin Pavard either, sorry.

Is Foden replacing Mbappe or Griezmann?

Seems wild to me.

The one who just totally dominated Germany

Him and Kante is arguably the best midfield pairing in the world

I think Maguire and Trippier could be preferred to Kimpembe and Hernández.

In other news, a federal judge in Oregon granted 15 year old Olivia Moultrie's request for a preliminary injunction allowing to her to sign a NWSL contract. It'll be interesting to see the precedent set by this.

Genuine question: Why is the board's interest in British teams so much higher than any other region? Kind of surprised at how active this thread is during this particular game. Maybe I shouldn't be, IDK.

My hypothesis is the depth, prominence, and/or accessibility of the EPL. Could be wrong, though?

Most people follow the premier league so they’re more familiar with these players I guess

accessibility of the EPL.

This
The Prem is the largest watched league in the world
So by that logic it’s reasonable to think that most of us follow the prem (and tGOATpionship)

My guess: this board is largely comprised of Southerners. And most Southerners (outside of Louisiana and the German part of TX) trace their ancestors to the British Isles.

You're severely underrating Hernandez. Trippier doesn't hold his nutsack.

That logic is correct
But even here in NYC (where Italians outnumber Brits)
The bars get much rowdier and more packed for EPL and England games
