That was just so poetic that Keane was stuffed on that PK.

Some seriously quality attacking play from Celta, and Atléti is waking up. Good match.

Yeah, really enjoyed the match. (although those 2 huge defensive lapses from Celta gave me flashback chills remembering Luis Enrique's Roma having so many similar matches.)

In seriousness though I really like Enrique and he has Celta playing pretty good football. I think he's going to be a good manager in the near future.

Too bad they couldn't get the result today as I've been hoping they'd pull a miracle and qualify for EL but aside from the defensive blunders they looked solid.

Landon needs to regain his inner a-hole and just command to take PKs. He's by far the best on the Galaxy yet he just lets Keane do it. He did the same shite with Dempsey in the Mexico game.

In Brazil, I only want Landy taking our PK's.

Agreed. He's a wizard at PKs.

Juventus v Fiorentina as well.

The Viola have it tough though with Borja being suspended (a bit questionable as well like De Rossi's = make Juve's road as easy as possible). They still gave Juve their only league loss of the season so far in that 4-2 stormer in October.

Napoli v Roma

this should be good as Napoli almost have to win this match to stay in the race with Roma. Roma's still missing Totti in addition to De Rossi and we've struggled to score without him (think we have 42 goals in the 16 matches he's played and 11 in the 11 he hasn't).

Yeah, I thought about it, but then thought I wouldn´t watch.

Juve´s a better side now, and Fiorentina, is weaker (Valero or not Valero), correct?

I don't know that Juve is really a lot better. Tevez and Llorente have developed more chemistry with each other and the team but Chiellini has been injured and Juve's back 3 isn't nearly as formidable without him.

Roma beat them a few weeks back in Coppa Italia at full strength.

Juve's really been pretty good all season even though they blew the CL by drawing those 2 home matches. Watching those matches though, the results were about as improbable as Chelsea/Barca last year or Wigan/Man City in the FA Cup final.

Fiorentina's main problem is that Mario Gomez and Giuseppe Rossi were both out injured for so long. Gomez is back now.

Fiorentina plays the most open attacking style in the league and can really be hit or miss depending on how well David Pizarro is pulling the strings and whether Cuadrado plays with any footballing sense at all.

They're totally capable of beating Juve without Borja but I'd guess that their defensive frailties will be exposed.
