They do. I mean, Bayern clearly outplayed us (and probably would have scored regardless), but I just have no idea why VAR wasn't used.

A premier league team or an Italian team should buy Renato Sanches. I don't think he's going to work with Ancelotti and this squad but I think he would do extremely well in those two leagues.

Does the Bundesliga have that "clear and obvious error" phrase when using VAR? That's probably why it wasn't used.
