Was wondering if someone could explain the format of the Cap cup vs the FA. I know the FA is several tiers but what about the Capital? Is it just the premier league involved so a league cup? Or the championship as well?

Can is slowly developing into a stud. So glad to have Sturridge back. Moreno made up for his ball watching.

Could be wrong, but as far as I know, the FA Cup is with all the FA leagues in the England all the way down. The Capital One Cup, or league cup, is only the BPL teams in a tournament.

Origi getting in on the action again! 4-1 Pool. If Klopp can win a cup in his first half season...

Nope.

It's everyone in the Football League, which is the first four levels of English football. That's the BPL, the Championship, League One and League Two.

Origi with the hat trick! Pool up 6-1! Beautiful cross by Smith to set him up.

This god damned idiot fielded a damned ineligible player in Cheryshev. How in the actual frick does the head coach do this. He admitted that he had no idea Cheryshev had been ineligible due to 3 yellows with Villareal in the Copa last year. I've never really dealt with this since I've been following European soccer but to me this seems like one of those unforgivable things that coaches are paid to know. I read that supporters in the stands in Cadiz were chanting at Benitez that Cheryshev was ineligible.....seems like a pretty bonehead mistake to me especially for the coach of one of the top 5 club teams in the world.

I mean I get it is only the Copa but still.
