Honestly who knows what’s going on feel like they are playing the game to up the price but idk I find it hard to see them giving away a large equity % just for outside investment.

They are doing a 3rd round of bids, I think its pretty clear whats going on. They clearly want that 6 B sale price. I think all the talk of investment is a ploy to make it seem like they have other options or aren't that desperate to sell.
It's pretty clear they don't have the funds to run a modern football club. 900+ million in debt, didn't have the funds for quality transfers in January, and don't have the funds to reinvest in the infrastructure of the training/stadium facilities. I don't see how giving up a minority stake in the club for outside investment helps them at all.

Maguire should still know to boot it everyone complains about de gea not passing out from the back and when he does it Maguire has to know he’s in trouble and just clear it

Maguire could have been quicker and probably should have but de Gea had to have the vision to see his guy was quickly being closed down by three defenders right in front of goal.
You have to make better decisions when playing from the back as he is being asked to do. That ball can go to Wan Bissaka and if it's misplaced or misplayed, it isn't an automatic goal.
