Diego Rosa has had his medical and is now ready to sign a five-year contract with #ManCity ‘in the next few days’. City are paying €10M for the transfer, with bonuses which could make the deal reach up to €24M.

I though D Silva was going to Inter Miami. OneFootball has him tied to three different teams in different leagues
Lazio, Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai as well as Al-Nasr Dubai.

Our CAS decision will be like the Russia/Trump shite. Completely found to have zero basis but will repeatedly be brought up by opposition.
If you are a dem I apologize for triggering you, I’m just using a recent example that is comparable.

Yeah they're already spinning the "they didn't cooperate because they were hiding it" angle.
From the very beginning City has maintained the exact same position. E-mails were real but edited selectively prior to publishing. There was no transaction that took place. They went to CAS early because they felt even if they cooperated UEFA were going to frick them over. That is exactly what they've said since day 1 and that is exactly how the entire deal has played out.

I'm a United fan as you know McCraig and I agree this all seemed to be a witch hunt.. IMO they used City as a fall guy to look other way while they let other clubs get away with worse FFP violations (PSG comes to mind) ... this is sad cause it makes all FFP charges against anyone questionable

saw that, and ya early on the MLS was where he wanted to go. Lazio makes sense, he played really well down the stretch for City, he wasn't some wash up at the end.

Sad to see El Mago off.
Aguero is like 32, Kompany already gone, KDB already 29. We will have several legends gone in the next few years.
speaking of old guys/Man City legends. i was watching some YaYa Toure highlights this morning

Toure was just stupid fun to watch. When he gave a shite you couldn't stop him.
Looks like Torres and Ake should be wrapped up soon.

Pretty excited about Torres. I'll play the Liverpool/Coutinho card and say United basically pay the fee if the Sancho deal goes through.
What is interesting to me is the rumors that Pep personally convinced him to come. I think that bodes well for an extension. I know he won't be SAF with some 30+ year reign but I could certainly dig another 3+ years of Pep. His thing has always been that after 3 or so years players quit buying in. We're obviously refreshing the squad to build around Foden/KDB/Sterling and some of the mainstays are clearly heading out (Vinnie, Merlin, and Aguero) so I'm curious to see if they're showing enough fight to make him want to stay.
ETA: Also curious to see where we go from here. Sancho should net us 20m or so and Sane was 50ish. Torres/AKe are about 60 so that leaves us in the black. If they want to drop serious money we could bolster the squad with a LB, maybe a star CB if Garcia leaves, and another striker to replace Aguero next year.

The rumor is that Pep wants to bring in 4-5 players this window. That would be wild.

Thats why City is kicking the tires on Joao Felix

johnny boy still on his way out or?

I feel like Otamendi for sure is. Stones is a probably if we get another solid CB. On his day Stones is good he just can't stay fit.
Ake is backup for Laporte.

Stones will go if someone offers £25-£30 mil imo. I doubt that happens. Otamendi has to be gone, surely.

I guess Garcia wants to leave. That sucks lol.
Koulibaly or another top CB is a must now if he goes.

Might as well do it this summer, and get more money. Pep will not play someone who wants out.

What’s this talk of Garcia wanting out? Is it bc Ederson annihilated him on the pitch? Get over it dude.
