frick those count. Dominate England for 20 years then leave OT with time left on the clock down 1 to Newcastle. What a fricking joke.

You're surprised? Spoiled fricking rotten.

So, who is your lineup for Spurs??

What I would like to see?

Migs
Kelly-Toure-Sakho-Johnson
Henderson-Lucas-Allen
Sterling-Suarez-Coutinho

But I imagine it will be Johnson on the right, Flanagain on the left (hopefully the speed of Lennon or Townsend or whoever doesn't give him TOO much trouble) and Skrtel.

I'm not against Skrtel starting. He's been good for the most part with occasional lapses, but I'd want to see the experience of Toure to help keep things organized and I think he would be a better pair for Sakho.

I still want to see Sakho and Agger play together. I know neither play on the right, but I'd like to see what they're able to do together (preferably against a weaker side) because it's not like our regular backline has been so rock solid.

What I loved most about today's match was Suarez's face after he rounded the keeper towards the end of the match and dribbled out of bounds. His will to win is astounding. He wants to be the best at any cost. Even after scoring 5 goals this week, he misses one and is absolutely furious at himself. We're so lucky to have him.

His will to compete is unmatched. No doubt he gets pissed if he loses at monopoly with the other south American boys.

He won my heart back. :swoon:

Looked like a hammmie for Stevie G, right?

Hope thats just a week or two max and that he'll be back by X-mas. We'll need him.

I definitely thought Allen played well and am glad we are giving him shots. My main concern will be when we face a side that is not offensively challenged and can he play the defensive side of the role that we'll need? Or will they put Henderson and his motor further back?

I am also continually baffled by the sheer number of great chances inside or at the 6 yard box that either go straight at the keeper or aren't even on target. From the halftime until their goal yesterday we dominated and had at least three great chances, and only required one real save by their keep. Its like the post from a few years ago - we must have set a record for number of times hitting a post.

Also, am I correct that Skyrtel is technically our third our fourth leading scorer, if you count OG?

Well to be fair, the reason we didn't have many on face was the sheer amount of bodies West Ham packed into the box. Most of those shots would have been on target if they didn't have 11 men inside their own box.

I heard he left the stadium on Saturday with a boot after the Nolam stamp... seeing more reports today he may be out for a bit...

Time for Alberto and Aspas to start justifying their transfer fees...

I would really hate to do this, but depending on the length of Hendo's injury... do you consider calling back Suso (can you)?

Considering the way our midfield has performed, and how incredibly he's been playing, absolutely. Not sure if we can though.

For you Moses lovers...

Can we just sacrifice him to the Soccer Gods for a good transfer window and second half of the season.

I'm sure Chelsea would give us a discounted rate for getting rid of him for them and I think it'll totally be worth whatever price they charge us.
