My hope too. He's talked about working hard to get back in the team and after a possible move away, this is his chance to prove himself. Could be hopeful, but I think he steps up and responds to the challenge.

Over the course of the last few years when players have needed to step up (Lucas, Carra, Sturridge) they have. Hopefully Martin is one of those men.

When is the last time Skyrtel played a competitive match?
May of last year? I don't think he's played any international games since then.
We can't afford to sit back against United. We may not be able to push forward either without opening up huge holes behind us. Skyrtel struggled last year with the high line we play.
This game has gone from an eagerly awaited measuring stick to something a lot less.
