Honestly though it doesn't bother me as much. I graduated from LSU in 07. I've seen some absolutely disgusting people wearing purple and gold. I'll never forget how embarrassed I was as an LSU fan watching how Virginia Tech fans were treated.

Every fan base has assholes. I don't judge all of United's fans by your vocal minority.

Yeah it's hard to tell. Still, with those lyrics it could be applied to Hillsborough. Probably not the smartest things to chant

Exactly. Liverpool fans can interpret that to be about Hillsborough, even if that's not the meaning.

We must stop chanting that.

But it makes absolutely no sense to chant about Hillsborough.

That's the problem with fans who chant things like that. They don't have any sense.

True that.

I know that United is already hated, but stuff like that only makes it worse. Makes me sick.

That's odd. I thought that was a relatively new chant that came about as response to last year's incident between Suarez and Evra and how the aftermath was handled by LFC.

Yeah, that's when it started. But it's officially the anti-Liverpool chant by some.

It was.

But the timing is horrendous. I don't think it applies to Hillsborough, but it might.

Even the fans chanting it probably had differing interpretations of the lyrics. Poor timing for sure.

I think Dagger is going to be out for a while.

I'm hoping for some good news about Kelly. He was just starting to grow on me.

Goddamn what a nightmare ending to this match. A loss is a loss without getting compounded with injuries to key defenders.

"Always the victim" means there's some sort of history there... not one suarez/evra incident... It's a clever way of saying it, without actually saying it...

But nothing's shocking anymore...

You can pull up more "victim" parallels outside of Hillsborough throughout history.

But the timing is pitiful, Liverpool fans will connect that with Hillsborough. And because of that, I'm sickened. Needs to stop.

I have also apologised to sir Alex , just where I come from people don't grass people up to get someone sent off.

He then posted a pic of Evans two footed studs up effort...

The ref will know he made a couple of bad calls that cost us the match... I was actually surprised that Glen made a nice recovery after going to the ground...

Right now more concerned with Agger, Kelly and Borini...
