Mine would be:

1) LFC

2) LSU Football

3) New Orleans Saints

4) LSU baseball

5) USMNT

Mine would be the same if you swapped LSU baseball with LSU basketball...

Me too. I just can't get that into the national team until we hit the hex. Even then, its tough unless we're playing Mexico, or those shite heads from Guatemala. You switch LSU football and LFC and you have my list. Although once shite gets real with the national team I'm a huge fan.

Samed better start. I'm dying to see this kid go up against (semi) real competition.

It will be interesting to see if he starts. In the U21 match against Chelsea, Samed started in the middle and Morgan started on the left. Morgan isn't a natural wide player, but I'd certainly like to see that lineup.

I'm already going to say I don't give a frick about the result. If we move on in Europa, yippee, if we don't, meh. We are essentially bringing our U21 squad, and I'm not even sure if a single senior level starter will be playing. I'm just going to sit back and enjoy watching the future play.

Indeed. At this point the youth are playing with more heart anyway. Lets hope the unimaginable happens and Yesil impresses enough to make us forget about the transfer window.

Hope springs eternal.

Yesil scores a hattrick and goes straight into the first team. Sterling continues his good work. Assaidi substitute him half way through and stakes a claim. All in all a good game.

Hard to predict the lineup for this one, but I'll go with:

Jones, Wisdom, Coates, Carragher, Enrique, Sahin, Henderson, Shelvey, Assaidi, Morgan, Downing

Suso, Samed and Pacheco coming off the bench if we get in trouble.

Wouldn't be the first time. Lest we forget Kenny putting Flanagan in for the first time against City. Talk about trial by fire.

Flanagan, Robinson, Cole (is he fit?) & Wilson would be my guesses.

Who fricking knows at this point. Read that Robinson was there.

Borini is also there.

So... Young boys vs Young boys?

*For the record, I think it's a great idea to play them.

If we win, great. If not, I won't lose any sleep.
