I think it is too late to change. (I know I said after Man City, but a few weeks can make or break the feasibility of a managerial move helping your squad.

Keeping him this long was a gamble on a CL spot finish. We are fighting for our lives to not be in a UEL spot so that we can bring in even more players for a system slot hasn’t proven he can make work at all in the EPL.

I don’t want Alonso either, but holy hell… I don’t like my leadership core having open and public disputes with the gaffer, multiple players announce they are walking away, and my main guys talk about giving up mid-game multiple times in a season.

It screams lack of trust in the manager by the players.

So looks like a 4-2-3-1 in possession with Hugo off the left.

I don't hate that, but I think Macca is just along for the ride here. If the idea is attack early for an early goal, you better damn well cover some space in front of the back 4 or we'll concede two before we know what happened.

They're better than us. We've got two players in the squad that can beat someone on the dribble and for pace, Frimpong and Rio.

Would have preferred:

-------------Hugo------------
------Rio---Wirtz------Mo-----
--------Grav-----Dom---------------
Robbo-VVD-Konate-Frimpong

I think Kirkez over Robbo here is egregious. We will need everyone at full throat from the ballboys to the kop to pull this off. Robbo is the the fieriest guy we've got

70% chance I turn this off in rage in first 30 min

20% chance I have my hopes up and watch whole game but we still get eliminated

10% chance it’s a historic night

just feel horrible for Ekitike. Hopefully Isak can find form quickly to close out the year. How we didn't get one from VVD on chance right after Salah came on may haunt us.

Macca off for Rio at the half or Slot is a terrorist. He's much more likely to pick up a second yellow because he's miles behind their midfield than he is to make a positive impact

Not the worst half. Need a goal before the 70’

Rio for Isak, Curtis for Macca

Think you beg Isak for 10-15 more minutes and prepare to bring Chiesa on

That’ll do it. Honestly okay with how we have played, just couldn’t find a goal

Focus on top 5

So gutted for Hugo

Mentality midgets

They were scrapping and hustling for every loose ball in the second half. None of that in the first half. You'd see two guys half arse close down the ball, and PSG would just wait suck those guys in and play a 1-2 into wide open space and just glide by them. Couldn't find a goal has been a problem all season long

The mentality wasn't there in the first half. In a knockout game at Anfield. Major indictment on Arne Slot

Hard to argue about the mentality of this team, but PSG are an amazing squad who are probably favorites to win this competition again.

Hate to see Ekitike go down with a non contact injury.

Man this team is hard to watch. They just kick the ball blindly half the time instead of passing it to a teammate. Drives me nuts
