That is textbook loss of tail rotor authority, with the fuselage spinning around opposite the direction of rotation of the main rotor. Either it shed a piece of blade or a driveshaft or gearbox shite the bed. RIP.

Oddly enough, if some real serious stuff goes down like a terrorist attack, the British tabloids got the suspect's whole life published well before the US outlets even name the dude.
