“The primary thoughts of everyone at the club are with the Srivaddhanaprabha family and the families of all those on-board at this time of unspeakable loss. In Khun Vichai, the world has lost a great man. A man of kindness, of generosity and a man whose life was defined by the love he devoted to his family and those he so successfully led. Leicester City was a family under his leadership. It is as a family that we will grieve his passing and maintain the pursuit of a vision for the club that is now his legacy.”

Saw some pics on Twitter and it looked like a pretty big blaze/explosion.

Hoping for the best.

The tweet sky sent out is pretty insane as well.

I’m a fricked up individual so people trying to crack jokes right after shite like this makes me laugh wholly because of how absurd it is.

I don’t understand how it’s not public information who was on the helicopter. This makes no sense.

This is the last thing I saw. I feel like it's not good news and they're trying to figure out how to move forward.:

A Leicester City spokesman said: “We are assisting Leicestershire Police and the emergency services in dealing with a major incident at King Power Stadium. The Club will issue a more detailed statement once further information has been established.”

Because it's a private helicopter.

I assume they know, probably delaying making the information public until all family notifications are done.

It's 2 AM over there right now, we'll find out who was on the helicopter in the morning time for them, overnight for us.

My guess is they know the pilots and the owner were on it and probably trying to figure out if anyone else was on it so they can notify like you said.

Pretty crazy.
