I thought for sure Bogle was getting a yellow pulling back that Millwall guy late in the match before Tanaka scored
Of course I had forgot the ref forgot his cards at home

So 9 games left and we’re 4 (or really 5 with GD) from the drop.
4 home games left. Win all 4 and that puts us on 91’points.
Outside of going to ‘Boro you really couldn’t ask for a much better run-in. Surely we get relegated. Right??

Bristol could be a tough home game as could stoke.
They’re all tricky on paper in some way. I really believe we are the best team in the league and we’ll keep proving it.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Lost in that excellent Tanaka finish was ANOTHER FirpGOAT assist.

I'll be at ER for both of those. Hoping we will have clinched the automatic spot by then but no matter what the atmosphere will be electric.

That’s awesome. I don’t think Burnley is going to drop enough points for the auto spot to be clinched early in the month, even though it may be possible as their run of games looks a little tricky.
They play the blunts the day of the Stoke match so you will likely see something clinched that day. Maybe the auto that week and the title the next!

Burnley did lose one of their key defenders for a three match ban following the red post match on Tuesday
Their fans are concerned about it because they already have an injury at the position and the guy to step in looked bad against Preston

Yeah. Ideally, I would love to be there for the clinching match but as you know the natives get restless if the pressure is dialed up. The switch from festive to toxic is always on the verge of being activated.

Joffy scored last night. Hope we can get a bit of money for him this summer. Still feel like he’s going to be a solid player. We wouldn’t have survived that depressing season without him.

I liked him as well and I believe he will be a solid Championship player. He may even see the Premier League again if he goes to the right club.

Great goal but those moves by Raphinha were class. Wish we could have kept him for a few more years. What a talent.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Probably the most annoying thing last weekend was this guy turning into Bruce Grobelaar.

Just a heads-up. Leeds United New Orleans will be meeting tomorrow at Avenue Pub for the QPR match. We will also have an investor in attendance who will share his insights on the future of the club. If any of y'all are in the neighborhood, please stop by. MOT

That’s pretty awesome
Put in a good word for a left back, 10, and a striker

Will do. Thinking we might need a GK, another CB, and a winger as well. We may have in the neighborhood of 200m to spend. At least, that's what I've been told.

Outside the year we sold Kalvin and tBrazilian prince
This scouting department with that kind of spend backing could completely reshape the squad, hopefully the hit rate continues

I agree. Need to remake the club similar to the Villa and Forest models. We need to shed the dead weight and bring in some new blood. Ideally I would like to see a new GK (Kelleher?), at least one CB, 1-2 fullbacks, 2-3 midfielders (I'm assuming Gruev is gone), a striker, 1-2 wingers. So 7 new players on the low end and perhaps as many as 10. Our largest financial investments should be striker, CAM, LB, and GK. That makes sense to me.
