Im gonna feel sorry for ourselves for a couple more hours and then spend the next 24-36 hours getting mullered.

Luton Town and Sheffield will bounce right back up.
Sheffield are more likely to do the double drop than they are going back up. They were dreadful this season and probably wouldn't even make the Championship playoffs this season if they were in this league.

Lads all is well I truly think next year we will be right back in the thick of it and likely would even get auto spot with less of a point total than this year
I’m curious what happens with all the loan rats though
Also, I hope the 49ers go ahead and pull the trigger on infrastructure upgrades

Hopefully they all go even if we have to loan them again especially those Red Bull rejects

It's very early days, but a couple of us at @talkSPORT are hearing the name Carlos Corberan as a potential target for Leicester, should Enzo Maresca move on.

Why would LC manager move on?
Still in the dumps. Saturday sucked. Mad at myself for expecting any different. Bottling at Wembley is the Leeds way.

Yea I’ve been pretty bummed all day. This group deserved a crack at tPrem but obviously we’re gonna have to sell a couple players

Of the current team I only can think of two guys who for sure will be sold and that’s Willy and Cree
I can see a path for everyone else to remain with the club unless they just ask to leave
Hopefully we are able to rid ourselves of all the loan rats to help with FFP

Paraag gave an interview to the beat writers and sounds confident going into the offseason. It’s a good listen and could all be BS but it makes me feel better. I’m ready to get the 24/25 thread cranked up for the opening of the window.

I was feeling pretty good last night then remembered all we had to do was beat Sunderland and Blackburn and we’d have been fine.

But dropping all those points to those crap teams after the break
QPR absolutely destroying us still ticks me off

Yeah I’m trying to not dwell on it because the insistence on talking about August bothers me. In spite of August they managed to reel in the top two. Auto promotion was within their own control with 4-5 games to play, and then you obviously had control of your own destiny in the playoffs.
I agree Farke should be back next season but if a few teams come out of the gate like Leicester, Southampton, and Ipswich did I don’t think you can depend on him when everything is going to be on the line and promotion hinges on just a couple games or the playoffs.

Yeah we have to be the team setting the pace next year.
Of course that can all change depending on who comes in the summer. Perhaps we won’t have a team full of excitable children and maybe a couple grizzled bastards who can connect on a header from the corner.
