Wonder if Marsch just rubbed some folks the wrong way behind closed doors.
I know a lot of people around the world don't really do well with American brashness, while some countries would play well with it like The Netherlands. Although they will be just as quick to tell you that you are awful.
Maybe Redbull gave him the polished media persona but behind the scenes he wasn't the same guy. Of course, that media persona training doesn't help when you can get results.

You just knew after those woeful Fulham and Leicester games that it wasn’t gonna work, then they pulled the Liverpool and Bournemouth performances out of their arse. We were really unlucky against Arsenal and spurs but when we looked so bad against teams in our weight class you knew it would end like this. I just hope it isn’t too late. We left it later last season but the bottom of the league was so much worse. As bad as we were you could count on 6 points from norwich and watford and burnley wasn’t a threat until that ridiculous run they had in April/may. I think Southampton and Bournemouth are the only teams worse than us right now and we’ve already thrown 2 points away against saints (I’ve had a terrible feeling about that this whole season) and had to pull of a miracle comeback to beat Bournemouth.
Anyway we will probably lose tonight but we can’t get slaughtered. Only up right now on +4 goal difference

Then Leeds shithouses last 20 minutes of the match away to infuriate the home ground, ref only adds two minutes of stoppage time that sets them off even more.
