Well, I found some tickets to Algeria vs Austria in KC for 160 each. Went ahead and pulled the trigger even though that is still insane to me.
The hotel stories are true too. Like none of the hotels in KC were sold out, though most of them were 300-400+ a night. I was able to get a room for just 39k Marriott points right by the direct transit to the stadium, so between getting a free room and saving 150 on parking it may be a decent value after all lol.

Category 3. About midway on the upper level (plus aisle seats). I've been to a couple of Chiefs games and have sat in the uppers before and there really isn't a bad seat in that stadium. Plus it's a 9pm game so the sun won't be beating us down.
