"Go, Go USA!"

One of the moments that will be on ESPN 2's Top World Cup Moments tonight at 8 CT.

Great moment, but Landon almost fricked it up with his first touch.

I watched that video of the "world's" reaction to the goal yesterday for shits and giggles. It surprised me when I started tearing up.

It's for sure one of those moments, as a USMNT fan, that you won't forget where you were when it happened.

I was working day camp so we had our whole group of like 30 5 and 6 year old boys watching and they just lost their shite as much as the counselors when they scored. I don't think they understood at all what had really happened but it was still pretty awesome.

I was working at a summer camp in North GA, and we'd have 10 days straight that we weren't supposed to have phones or watch TV or anything when we were in session. My leader of our group of counselors was from Cameroon and a huge soccer fan. So he arranged a "break" for 2 1/2 hours during the Algeria game, and 90% of the kids took a nap. Me, him, and 2 other guys went into a common area we weren't supposed to and watched it. I can literally say I've never felt like that maybe ever when that ball went in.

Probably old, but I've never seen the goal from this angle. From stands

I was in France on an abroad program through LSU. All ten of us went to the town center to watch the game, and there were two Algerians sitting in front of us. The moment that ball went in I'm pretty sure the entire town heard us, because we immediately started jumping up and down, hugging each other, hooting and hollering, etc.

I dropped my kids off at day camp and rushed back home to play hooky from work for the morning. And I was posting on this board.

I'm pretty sure the neighbors heard me all the way across the street.
