Tougher angle, but easier shot.

Give me a ball on the ground over a ball coming down at an angle with a rushing GK any day.

Stuart Holden is the Julian Green of American Soccer commentators.

Twellman should be nervous.

I'll always have a soft spot for Maurice Edu after getting robbed of a life changing moment. I barely care that his development stalled in Europe and that he will be forever used as an awkward stand-in centerback.

Holden is pretty good at this. If he can't play anymore Fox should hire him.

Omar scored.

He's not that bad.

He's at least on par with a Jay DeMerit or Gooch Onyewu, our starting centerbacks in 2010.

Basically, everybody was celebrating in the locker room after drawing with Slovenia while Donovan was doing media. When Donovan came in, he slammed his shoe against the wall and told everyone that a draw wasn't good enough.

Next game, he puts da team on his back doe. Stu: "He's the greatest player that I've ever played with."

Juninho would be a decent CONCAF level backup for the USMNT. What's the nationality rules for the US?

No wonder he wasn't picked for Brazil, throwing stuff and yelling? Bad for the locker room.

Just watched the game this morning: anyone else think that foul called on Keane which negated his goal in stoppage time was pretty soft?
