FFP is not a salary cap you know that

I agree MLS needs to ditch that shite. But with some FFP type regulations to force some responsibility so we don't have teams going under. But its not like taking away a concacaf champions league place really means shite

Rumor has it City wants to sign Lampard for this one season before going to NYC, they need to meet their home grown quota
