The Reigning CL Champs are back for what one would hope is a full year with Zizou at the helm.

Super Marcos Asensio should be back in Chamartín, we all wonder what will happen with the legal situation of the gabachomoro that has played such a pivotal role up top (finally), but didn´t play for France in the Euro, CRon is getting older (but aging like a fine Vega Sicilia), and it looks like Jesé has a foot out the door.

Morata is coming back, and the rumors about a Pogba signing are still just that, but firm.

Will the Welsh ninja finally take seniority?

Keylor Navas has dispelled all rumors about the pressing for David DeGea, but for how long?

Zizou´s taking a bunch of kids on the preseason tour, of which, two are his sons.

Will this finally be the year of Isco?

Yea I'm ready to see what Bale and Isco can do with both given a greater role in the attack.

I personally think it's time to sell James to Ligue SAWFT...I mean Ligue 1 and call it a day.

I think Cron has some left to give, but we can't get sentimental on him....if this is his farewell tour so be it. I think we may be on the verge of truly needing to turn the attack over to Bale, Benz, and Isco.

HALA MADRID!!! I want to win La Liga this year....and 12 would be nice too ....I'm not hard to please though.

CRon´s got plenty left, but as we as we saw at the close of the season, Bale seems to be settling in and not feeling second fiddle.

Varane must solidify himself, he looked not rock solid last year, and that is worrisome.

Mighty mite Modric had a stellar campaign, and Kroos was a purring BMW firing on all cylinders.

The Ferrari, Isco, still has not become an automatic, and this too, is something which is of concern.

Pepe and Ramos, are Pepe and Ramos. Fierce competitors, but prone to their shennanigans. They are open season as to criticism, but, everyone, absolutely everyone, would love to have them.

Marcelo has become what only RM saw back when signed, and he should wear the captain´s band again, at times. A very pleasant surprise, as he´s shown he can defend, and obviously, is more offensively skilled than was the great Roberto Carlos.

Nacho has been linked to AS Roma and various German sides, although the agreement may be a loan.

Kovacic and Vázquez look to be super subs, and we never know what the transfer window may bring.

Flo has told Zidane that Odegaard must go on the preseason tour with the first squad.

Probably not. I'd be down for a year of Bale, though

Hopefully Ronaldo will sit out for a while. Maybe he'll feel less compelled to rush back now that he has basically won everything that he can. Probably wishful thinking

I agree, Bale has looked extremely good the past few months. Hopefully, he can keep that going.

How good is Nacho?

I'm almost certain it would be some loan + option + buyback option deal.

Roma are scrambling a bit to replace Rudiger who will be out for the first few months of the season.

Roma just bought Juan Jesus from Inter, So it seems he's the favorite to be Manolas' early season partner considering his experience.

However, there's no depth and so a younger player like Nacho would certainly get a chance to win a rotation --or even starting-- spot before Rudiger is back.

Serviceable backup, not much more. Would be sad to see him go because he's pretty versatile and was okay with his position in the team

He's also not really that young

What? Odegaard is 17 and can't crack RM's roster. Shocker.

I thought Juan Jesus was a loan with an option to buy.

It is in wording but with a obligation based on appearances that will almost certainly be met. The total fee will be the apprx €2 "loan fee" + the €7,5m Inter still owe Roma for Dodo.

Every possible deal Roma can make is like this since that horrible glass ceiling better known as FFP went into effect.

That should be fine for Roma . . . Just having someone who can be a solid backup even if they don't end up impressing enough to start a lot of matches is the most pressing need . . .

I would assume he can play fullback as well since every single CB we're looking at this summer can?

Since both the starting fullbacks Florenzi and Rui are more "deep" wingers than actual defenders, it's necessary that we have more versatile CBs like Rudiger that can move over to fullback to protect leads.

Yeah, some Russian teams got popped for FFP. Most notably Dinamo Moscow who sold a bunch of players, then got relegated.

Yeah

I don't really know if he'd move to be a backup, though. Guess the club could push him out to justify more fullback purchases

If RM is going to rely on Isco this year for heavy production it will be a long season.

They should sell Benzema to OM for shits and giggles

I could see them selling Janes at midseason transfer window

SERGIOOOOOO RAAAAMOOS
Luca Moudric is the man

Otherwise I dislike RM. My wife however does not so I watch matches often

I know you're joking, but OM wants N'Jie on loan.

Benzema would cost more than the whole squad.
