He may be banned for close to the rest of the season.

There is zero chance Kun gets disciplined for a club not controlling their fans who invade the pitch.

A fan willing to invade the pitch and go frick with an opposing player has what’s coming to them.

I don't feel bad for the fan either, but there is zero chance he does not get a serious ban from the FA.

Won’t happen.

You clearly have some kind of campaign out for Aguero. Where did he touch you? Or maybe you’re someone who thinks you should be able to go down on the pitch and touch opposing players post game without punishment

Players have been suspended for taking on pitch invaders

I don't disagree. Fans shouldn't ever be on the pitch, and players should be allowed to throw pitch invaders off of them. But his reputation isn't going to help him. He's a dirty player.

If you watch the video the fan clearly touches Aguero first. Fans are not allowed to be on the pitch. If the fan follows the rules then none of this happens.

Getting in Aguero’s grill and touching him should make it obvious that Aguero is well within his rights to defend himself. This isn’t like when Evra went into the stands to fight a fan because he has thin skin. The fan entered Aguero’s space, illegally, and started the confrontation.

If this was regarding a tackle or something during the actual match, him being a count on the field would play a part, but I don’t think it will matter in this case.

Relax. I don't have anything out for Aguero. Wenger got a three match ban for criticizing referees. You're out of your mind if you don't think Aguero receives any sort of ban for punching a fan. To be fair, Wigan should also receive some sort of punishment at the club level for allowing things to get out of hand.

I don't think this and I also don't think the FA is going to give a pass to a player that punches a fan.

Dude none of us think that fans should be able to frick with opposing players

But the players are held to the standard of being professionals

Players get banned for what he did

I’d be right there with you had the guys not held Aguero back and had he gotten a second go at the guy, but it didn’t happen.

If a pro-athlete can’t defend himself on his playing surface from a pitch invader without being banned than there is an issue in the rules. Aguero didn’t instigate anything and was touched first by the fan and shoved him.

I also don’t even have a problem with pitch invading. Wigan won the match and who can blame them for wanting to celebrate. Retards ruin it for everyone else.

I expect Aguero to be fined, but a banning is sendind The wrong message.

kun will be just fine.

This is a case where you can 100% say you were protecting yourself, this argument favors the player almost every single time.

Worst case possible, a one match suspension

The professional thing to do is make an example of the fan not make him a martyr.

The fan will get a baning order from all grounds in England if he’s identified

Kun will probably get a couple games.
