It is what he has made it.

We can't start midfielders at both fullback positions in WCQ and expect not to get burned.

oviously we will be better with chandler at RB down the road, but as for now, it is what it is

chandler/suzi on the right could be a nice pairing

Davis has been pretty good.

Can we laugh at this thread now?
Evans played great

Because you know, calling in a RB with EPL experience makes so much less sense than converting a mediocre MLS defensive midfielder to RB against one of the best attacking sides in the world.

Why laugh at that?

Brad Evans is the RB now?

Come on son.

No he's not, but he did great today, while the OP was shitting on him and inferring that he was going to be overmatched today. Far from what happened.

Evans played well today. However, I would still put a few people ahead of him.

Even Sounders fans will tell you he probably shouldn't even be in the USMNT intl lineup. He is a decent utility player though. Very versatile.

Germany didn't press as much as Belgium either.

I am happy that Jurgen didn't play a highline in the back. It helped the inexperienced players. In the Belgium game, the inexperienced back 4 tried to play a high line and they never played together. It causes major problems with timing.

Evans looked good. He wasn't challenged much, but did well when the ball came his way.

No, I agree. But, now we will end up playing him at RB against Jamaica. It'll be interesting. He maybe overwhelmed.

Not a lot of confidence of a makeshift d-line that has given up 7 goals in 2 games.

First goal in 12 international appearances.

Hopefully this will begin a new chapter for him.

Agreed. And he provided 2 nice balls into Jozy in the first 10 minutes of the game which is 2 more than any RB has provided to Jozy in a while
