Adams has future captain written all over him.
May not be the best player on the field, but he's a leader.

I haven't seen much of Parks, but Benfica thinks really highly of him.

Yeah, I’m very excited about Adams. He has all the attributes you want in a young player.
I remember a play in the US Open Cup Final this past year against Sporting KC where he sprinted back 50-60 yards and single-handedly prevented a 3v1 breakaway and likely sure goal. A lot of players would have given up and jogged back, but he hustled back and made a great play.
Hopefully he earns a big move soon.

Shaq Moore held his own against Barcelona yesterday, too.
As frustrated as we all are for not making the World Cup, at least the 16-21 generation looks really promising. Just have to hope those guys stay on track in their development and it could create the deepest team we’ve ever had.
The presidential election is crucial, too.

Another thing. Let's say the new manager runs some variation of a 4-4-2. Gotta think Pulisic still plays in the middle, so all these other guys could be fighting for one spot.

This just makes me think of how Liverpool fans think of Jordan henderson.

It may sound similar, but it's not. I think Adams has a very high ceiling, but there will usually be a more talented player on the field (Pulisic, maybe a Carleton, etc.). We often bitch about Henderson. I don't think we'll bitch that much about Adams.

Spoke to @ussoccer_mnt reps. Ramos and Sarachan have both attempted to contact Jonathan Gonzalez over last few weeks, w/ limited response. He WAS invited to #USMNT Jan camp.
Still a blunder ...
Wrote more on it for @FourFourTwoUSA; should be up soon

It’s so true
But Henderson sucks and is an extremely limited player

Sounds like he just wasn’t interested in representing us for a while now.

He’s not very knowledgeable about soccer in general

Tab Ramos should of been canned for not being in touch with JG to bring him in for Portugal. We were told that Bruce and Tab were his contacts prior to the late unpleasantness. Bruce was fired but Tab should of continued to be his contact. Tab fell down on the job.
