Jerome Champagne backs U.S. for 2022 World Cup if Qatar is stripped

The USMNT would probably play all of their games in California and New England while the southeast gets stuck with the South Korea, Paraguay, Mexico, Denmark group if any at all.

I know this wouldn't happen, but I mean if the US needed to host a World Cup next week, I feel as though we're more than capable of figuring it out.

you may be right about the SE, but the St. Louis region and the NW would get a USMNT game before NE, IMO...
but yeah, the SE ain't getting a USMNT unless it's Atlanta or Miami...

Ya when Chicago was aiming at the Olympics the plans were for st louis to host all the soccer games.

New to soccer, really just started watching BPL this season. My question is, how many stadiums do you need to host a World Cup? I've watched a good bit of the last 2 WC's but never paid much attention to where they were.

No clue but you could probably wiki the most recent World Cup for an idea of how many stadiums it took.
