There are atleast 4 players on Tottenham which would have to be considered much bigger flops.

Giaccherini has been a bigger flop IMO.

Jozy has played well at times, making his presence felt to defenders. Other times he has not played well. The ultimate problem is Sunderland is just one big mess.

Jozy is not Poyet's guy. It would not surprise me if Jozy starts finding himself on the bench and eventually somewhere else.

Oh yeah and Soldado has looked completely lost this year. Much bigger flop IMO. Especially after all the hype the Tots lavished on him.

Anyone's talent could get lost on that dreadful squad. He hasn't played terrible at all. He's just stuck on a dumpster fire on a team. Someone said it earlier, but Fellaini is easily a bigger flop.

The biggest flop is still Lamela. He has done hardly anything for Spurs. He was a 30 million pound transfer. He's also only 21 years old. I think he could be worth it.

I anticipated Lamela needing time to transition to the Premier League's style of play. He benefited a ton from playing in Roma's strong midfield. Once he adjusts, I feel like he'll become more of an asset.

It's one thing to go from Argentina to Italy, but the transition from Italy to England is not an easy one. It's a more physical game there, for one, and that alone can give someone known for their pace and dribbling a huge setback. It may just be the Romatard in me, but I think he'll step up.

I think he will too, but you can see that he's afraid to bang with the defenders. He avoids contact in the attacking third like the plague.

And the dive he took yesterday was pathetic. If he stays with that ball and makes a pass across the box we have a chance to score but that dive was horrid.
