HE has absolutely no desire to get in good positions.
One time Mertens has the ball on the wing, and Lukaku is barely jogging to get in the box and you see Hazard jogging past him.
There's a cross where he lets the defender come around him and clear when he should be meeting he ball, 6 yards out.
He has shown no desire.

Trust me they know, but they don't care. As long as their team can gain even the smallest advantage by doing it they will continue to do so.
