As someone who is passionate about soccer and been following for only a couple years now... What is keeping England from being elite? When you look at their roster it's essentially stacked

These guys bitching about the heat and humidity and it's 85 degrees with 70% humidity. Wtf would they do on a humid afternoon game in tiger stadium when it's 95 with 110% humidity?
