It's still a bad call because the Mexican player attacking the initial ball had an impact on the play.

First off are you going for Mexico? Gross. Second of all I'm not sure on the second one. I don't know what the rule is on corners but dos santos was in an offside position, but the ball was deflected by a Cameroonian
