Recap in a nutshell: We're playing so defensive its ridiculous. Messi and company are putting on a clinic. Theyre ball movement is beautiful and our weak arse back line cant handle it.

Ya, we have no attacking midfield. I mean our defenders have played decent. It's just they have been getting pummeled the entire game.

We really need Holden in Edu's place. And some defenders with ball skills. And we'd still most likely be getting raped.

Bring on Agudelo for Edu.

SFP we don't have the personnel to play beautiful possession football with Argentina. Our best player on scores a bunch headed goals for a relegation zone team. This is precisely how you should play a better team. You play to your strengths (physicality and defensive midfielders) and nick a goal on the counter or on a dead ball.

It's what we did against Spain and Brazil. It's dangerous because you're inviting clinical finishers to test Howard, but it's all we got.
We have pretty poor options for our holding distributive midfielder with Holden out and no Torres on this team (no Mix for tonight). So we're going to have bear down and hope to nick a goal on the counter.

I'd rather have Jones on the pitch. I don't agree with that switch exactly.

Damn, are we playing with all of our first teamers minus Holden? If so that is very disconcerting.

How was the formation? How did people look specifically, anyone absolutely horrid? Since it seems no one was a standout in a positive way.

Man, wtf. I wanted to see how Jones played, and he gets subbed off.

Thank God for two forwards. Jozy can't be the single forward.

Right off the bat we're pressing more up high, might as well. We would have won the ball if Gooch had just held on to it (might have been Demerit)
