It has to be another striker, I do not feel safe with just Wondo, Bruin and Jack Mac in the knockout.

Bruin has SOO much upside, I don't think it's fair to unleash him on these unsuspecting CONCACAF foes.

Hmmm...this is confusing. I figured Klinsmann would either keep the roster the same since there are no injuries or card concerns or send the least experienced guys home (Bruin, Jack Mac, Ashe).
There are only 3 games to go and the games kind of matter now. Herc hasn't been great in the past year, but he's a big name. Why would he be sent home? It's not a Mexican league issue as it seems all of the other guys are staying, right?

I think you're underrating Gomez's quality this year. He hasn't been great, but he's been very solid.
He's leaving the team to go acclimate himself to the Xolos.
