On the flash seats app (what Toyota Stadium uses for their ticketing) there are people reselling their tickets starting at 60. May be worth a shot for some to download and register and see if what comes up.

Section 115 may be one of the outlaw sections which while there are seat numbers tends to be a general admission free for all. We are in 117 hence my assumption about 115
