Need a coach who will instill some swag and never back down mentality with these young guns. Let them run free and build confidence. Gregg is like placing a restrictor plate on the team. Bielsa came in and completely changed the mindset of Chilean soccer with that young gun group of Alexis, Vidal, Medel, etc.
