Seems like a good hire, but I wonder if there was some sort of analytics reason swans cut bait when they did

It was a variety of reasons. His choosing a shitty staff and there being a major disconnect between him and the board on transfers were two big reasons. Still a good young coach with a lot to prove and still learn

Its a good hire. Surprised he didn't get a better opportunity.
He had Swansea playing well for a lot longer than they were bad - but they were horribly bad once they became bad and he didn't seem to be able to figure out how to fix it.
A leeds team where maybe he can experience some ups and downs (and then ups again) and I think he could do well.
Probably fired in four months though.
