Do you think Seattle and San Francisco are generally pro-American cities (patriotic, American flag-waving, red, white, blue)?

If only there were some pro American places they could play…
I dunno…places that actually love America, two pictured that actually hosed friendlies and dwarfed attendance figures of both Seattle and San Francisco

Oh no, there aren’t enough drugs and prostitutes to accommodate the visitors!

You’re wondering why FIFA chose cities like Seattle and San Francisco to host a major international tournament instead of Tuscaloosa, Auburn, and Baton Rouge?

We should only play the World Cup in SEC towns? International destinations like Tuscaloosa and Baton Rouge.
You are too eaten up with politics. Turn off the Fox News.

I’m suggesting that games be played in areas that actually love America. Columbus, Indianapolis, Atlanta (fine), Nashville, Houston (fine), but maybe throw a few large capacity southern stadiums a bone over flag-burning San Francisco…

Y’all are acting like there is some amazing standard of quality and accommodation…
Qatar hosted multiple games in a temporary container stadium thrown up in the middle of a desert. frick off.

"Hey honey. I'm spending our life savings for a trip to watch the World Cup halfway across the world."
.
"Oh what city are we going to? Los Angeles? San Francisco? New York?"
"No, babe. Tuscaloosa, Alabama!"
"I want a divorce"
It's not about the stadiums. People are coming from all over the world and country in every match. It's about being in or near prime locales so people have shite to do and see outside the match.
Houston, Miami, Seattle. These are places that at least have some draw. We can argue about Houston but there is a lot of good food.

I’m sure FIFA isn’t really concerned with the additional revenue from 20,000-35,000 additional ticket sales x 5 games. Probably inconsequential.

He’s trolling… no need.

I’m sure everyone was lining up to spend their “life’s savings” for a trip to Guadalajara and Mexico City.

Friend, the people being referenced here don't want to make America better. They just want everyone to be as miserable as they are.

Curious what city are you thinking games should be at?

Have you ever been to Mexico City? It's absolutely a world class city.

I have a vacation home there. What’s your point?

Ok. I get it now. I'm going to salt my neighbors flowerbeds. Have a great World Cup experience!

Seattle is the best place for the US to be playing. They are America's soccer city -- though I selfishly wanted a game in Atlanta so us southern poors got to see a little footy.
Most other cities the US plays in? Home game for the away side.
