Genuine question: how prevalent across soccer is the long throw in like Ben Tozer does? It’s absolutely a strategy Wrexham exploits, as you could see from that third goal. I don’t know enough about soccer in general to know if every team has a guy like that or if he’s got kind of a unique skill.

The announcer said "and who thought there long throw was dead?" So it doesn't happen a lot.

I just latched on to Leeds a couple years ago and have probably watched just as much EPL as college football this year. I’ve seen a few long throws tried but no one nearly as good at it as Tozer.

Stoke was always a big fan of the long throw. It’s probably the only thing they brought to the table in the premier league other than quality shithousery

Had to drive to Austin and back this morning, pissed I missed most of this game. Hope Wrexham can hang on

This Kasey Palmer for Coventry is a snoot full. He’s got one goal but a couple other shots off the posts. Apparently he’s English but plays for Jamaica internationally.

Newcastle down 2-0 at Hillsborough

Make that 2-1. Bruno Guimares gets one back. He was clearly offsides but no VAR
