The game is on FS2 right now. Barkley just put Everton up 3-0.

I didn't, was just wondering why he wasn't at least on the bench yesterday if he was healthy. Guess that answers that.

Looks like we are finishing up the signing of Oumar Niasse, wonder what kind of role he'll have.

From Mr. Personality in the transfer thread
quote:

Fast, good finisher, solid work rate. Does more than just score goals. Performs well against the big clubs and in Europe. Has been Lokomotiv's best player this season.

Hope he takes some of Kone's playing time.

Rom needs to score fricking goals for me today. I'm captaining his arse in PL fantasy again...for some reason.

Oh right, the reason is Newcastle.

You guys have a promising set of fixtures as far as scoring potential goes, so I picked up Lukaku. Also hoping he has a great week, but I think Aguero is the better fantasy choice.

RM says Mirallas is 'two or three days away from joining the group'. Besic out for a 'couple of weeks'.

Starting XI vs Newcastle: Robles, Jags. Funes Mori, Oviedo, Coleman, Lennon, Cleverly, McCarthy, Barry, Barkley, Lukaku

Bench: Stanek, Baines, Gibson, Osman, Pienaar, Kone and Deulofeu

Uhhhh... where is Stones? Also, have no idea why Baines and Deulofeu are on the bench. Neither played Saturday.

Doumbia is on the bench for them.

I believe they were. Also, Martinez says that Stones was out with a hammy, sounds like he'll be out Saturday as well.

Also, interesting quote from Bobby after the game:
quote:

Martinez on @joelroblesb: "He's been taking responsibility slowly. This season he looks ready to challenge for the number 1 spot" #EFC #COYB

Looks like this could be the final season of Timmy at Everton
