Ukrainian fans sung something during the moment of silence. Also, is this the same stadium that the US team is scheduled to play in because the grass looks like shite.

It's in Nicosia, Cyprus.
ETA: I thought you meant the Kyiv match.
The Dnipro match is being played in Dnipropetrovsk.
