Group A: Germany, Hungary, Scotland, Switzerland
Group B: Spain, Albania, Croatia, and Italy
Group C: England, Denmark, Slovenia, Serbia
Group D: France, Austria, Netherlands, one of Wales/Finland/Poland/Estonia
Group E: Belgium, Romania, Slovakia, one of of Bosnia/Israel/Ukraine/Iceland
Group F: Portugal, Turkey, Czech Republic, one of Greece/Georgia/Kazakhstan/Luxembourg
Damn, group B is a killer. It could have been even worse when you consider Albania is the second seed
D is the other really tough group, especially if Poland qualifies in the playoffs. The Dutch are the best 3 seed.
There is a decent shot Group F gets a Turkey-Greece matchup on the first slate of matches.

They won’t qualify. Just one of the options in the new format that gives underdogs a chance. But I suspect it will be Greece, Poland, and the Group E playoff is very open.
But no one would be shocked to see Bosnia, Ukraine, or Iceland in, as each of those have been recent underdogs.
