Not looking good for Arsenal. Newcastle and Tottenham will be 4 points back and Chelsea will be 5. All 3 have a game in hand.

Newcastle has Chelsea, City and Everton.. not looking good for them

Chelsea plays Newcastle and Liverpool
Newcastle plays Chelsea and Man City
Tottenham have a pretty easy cakewalk
Arsenal play 2 mid table teams

If Arsenal weren't playing so poorly I'd say its easily in their favor to finish top 4

nah.. we have 9 points in our last 10 matches.. nothing is easy for us right now.. in that stretch, we have lost to QPR, Norwich and Everton..

Unfortunately, nothing has come easy for Spurs lately.

Today might have been a step in the right direction for Spurs though. It's true their form the last month+ has been pretty weak. Unfortunately Arsenal are stumbling without Arteta, and Chelsea have picked up their level a bit. Thankfully Chelsea just have so many important matches in such a short period of time.

Your club started its bad run of form about the same time that Harry was linked to the England job. With Roy Hodgson now the potential candidate, it could remove some of the distraction from Spurs.

The other problem you have is a club with several key players who will likely transfer in the summer - Modric, Bale, etc and several transfers who have not been playing well of late - Parker, Adebayor, Saha. Spurs looks like a team that has lost focus, but maybe a soft schedule at the end of the season is enough to get you to 4th.
