Under Klinsmann we started *really* aggressively pursuing dual nats (folks that were eligible for multiple countries). A lot of our current crop were born here and developed overseas, like Flo or Weah, or born elsewhere to American parents and did likewise, like Reyna or Dest.

I knew I skipped one, thanks. Italy seems to be a little down lately. Inter has been struggling in Europe and Juve has fallen off a cliff.

They have serious structural issues with their governing body that they need to rectify. We dealt with it too back in 2018 when we missed the World Cup and have come out better for it.
