I'm implying that the time between his banner year at Fulham up to last June's sting of WCQ's, Dempsey was a top 40 player in the world.
He has fallen off big time since and who knows if he will ever reach that level again.

Tottenham wasn't a good fit for him at all.. Now in the MLS for Seattle he will feature for them, and be in a much better spot to succeed. I think he will return to top form again.

He will almost certainly get out of the funk he's in now, but I don't think he will ever reach the level he was at when with Fulham because he won't be playing anywhere near close the competition that he did with the EPL in the MLS.

Kinda what I thought. To get a good shot at a big club he needed to leave Fulham at a younger age.
