I knew he played a bit of LB, but I'm guessing it's a permanent move now. That one highlight is amazing, but obviously doesn't mean he's a quality LB. Has anyone seen him play for Orlando City ? He possesses great pace. He's very crafty on ball, agressive, and strong. He lacked the ability to provide quality crosses and retain possession which is why I guess being a winger didn't work out. Thoughts on his potential at LB ?? Any chance Klinsman gives him another shot?

Is crafty a synonym for 'takes giant, clumsy touches that often end up out of bounds'?

He has some good qualities. I would prefer Fabs at LB and Lichaj (lol) or someone else at RB.

It's possible and I say that unfortunately it's possible. He's athletic but just doesn't have much skill other than that. But right now we don't have a long term answer at LB. ideally we can find one and move Fabs to LM but until someone like Garza shows he can be that guy it will be Fabs.

On a related note, any chance Robbie Rogers gets another look at the NT at LB this time? Got to admit it would be fricking hilarious if we could trot him out there in Russia in 2018 as a big frick you to Putin.

Personally, I think he may, but he'll never be a starter. I've always liked the energy he's brought off the bench though.

Kellyn Acosta is another youngster that shows promise. Very athletic and versatile. The kid can play LB,RB and currently he's being played at CDM for FC Dallas

If Brek Shea has any "future" with the USMNT then I will gladly start pretending to be Russian and rooting for them instead like the dork that made a thread on the OT last night about banging an imaginary girl from Iceland.

Got murdered up and down the field and the U-20 WC...not a RB or LB.
