I'd be ok with a Japan draw.

Dandy, are you obsessed with Balotelli? You seem to be trashing him a bit lately

His legend is greater than his level of play, and I really do see him diving and crying alot. I don´t like it.

I would have stood up underneath him and flipped him back over on his nappy head.

Is it just me or were one or two of Brazil's goals offisde? Not Dante's shot, but on the set piece, one of the guys was out in front way before the set set piece was taken.

The first Brazil goal was definitely offside just like you mention. Not only the player that actually got the header on goal but another player was even further offside who didn't get the tough but was right in the middle of the action.

Went to Miss Favela's in Williamsburg to watch this one so I'd finished too many Coconut Cachaças to recall the other goals.

Anyway, it's Confederations Cup and both Italy and Brazil are through the group and were resting some players anyway so I doubt anyone's that upset.

Looks like more Spain v Italy

I don't think that the opponent factors into Marcelo's decision-making

Marcelo is fricking crazy

Never seen a team flick so many balls on (observation over the duration of the tournament)

The first thing that struck me in playing in parks in Rome is that every single Italian, from grand dad to chubby eight year old, packs quite a backheel in their arsenal and tries it endlessly. Think they teach that instead of English in first grade.
