But I guess if it grants younger guys a chance and an opportunity to cap-tie it isn’t the end of the world.

Could you explain that to me?

once someone wit dual citzenship plays for the US national team they cant go play for a different one

these nations league matches count as competitive matches so players can become cap-tied during them

A crappy and overpriced streaming service that DC United and FC Cincinnati fans really hate. It runs like $150 a year.

USMNT matches will still be on ESPN and Fox Sports.

This seems probably somewhat pointless, but I enjoy watching the USMNT as much as possible so I won’t complain.

jsut a money grab from a shitty federation

USSF is totally down for it bc they will charge stupid amounts on tickets and know the away fans will fill the joint up

once again USSF does not have the best interest for American soccer on their agenda.

Honest question. What type of games do you want to the the USMNT play? You don't like having two Gold Cups, I don't think you liked USSF's offer to have more combined Copa Americas to replace a Gold Cup (sorry if I got you confused with DS), you don't like this idea to have more "meaningful" games where we can cap-tie players (while getting rid of some friendlies where players on both teams lose interest after 60 minutes).

How would you structure our yearly or 4 year match schedule?

Considering that UEFA has a nations league now it greatly reduces the amount of friendlies we can get. I do think some sort of hybrid Nations League with South America would've been interesting.

One Gold Cup and One Copa America

hopefully the two combine and we play like any normal federation

World Cup then two years later Copa America

Friendly matches other wise. And if the Copa America and Gold Cup combine. Start a qualification process like the Euros. To make these CONCCAF matches worth a shite. Groups of four winner takes on of our spots to the Copa.

Might as well make the most of this stupid competition. Hopefully the money is invested wisely to improve soccer in the states.

This nation will continue to lag behind as long as we continue to not participate in the Copa America. Over the years, people jizz on themselves to get that so-called "coveted spot" in the Confederations Cup so we can "get an early feel" on what the WC host country is like. People think that shite matters more than playing in a tourney in South America that has players far exceeding Concacaf standard (sans Mexico).

Copa America 95 is still my favorite tourney that I watched the US participate in including WC 94 and 02.

Btw, I'm talking about the past to the present.
