I think trying to make who to pull for in a sporting event into a moral argument is kinda weak.

I wish the Rapids would play anyone good enough that I cared to watch..

But regardless, I'll be rooting for the Rapids against the Swans next week.

I'm pretty sure that if any other EPL team was playing the Sounders, their supporters on this site would be pulling for that EPL team too
I'm a Liverpool fan, but I'd pull for any American MLS team over them.

fricking loser. You aren't allowed to root for your team unless it's from MLS. Also, the posts from Chelsea fans wouldn't be so anti MLS if it weren't for the trash talking pre game and during. Chelsea is clearly the better team, no one disputes that. They should be. Their payroll may be more than the entire MLS. But shite got crazy with the joking of Seattle winning. Then MLS cronies got their panties in a wad.

Ok, now I know you're not talking about me, Thenry, or GMo.

Again, I do not hate the MLS. There have been countless threads about the MLS and although they have improved greatly, they still have a long way to go. Last year the Manchesters tore through the MLS and their fans were pulling for them as well.

As you should. The better the MLS the better American soccer is as a whole.

The young guys have looked very good the first half. I'm excited to see de Bruyne. Bho, do you think he gets loaned?

He's going a bit extreme. I think that the Chelsea fans should cheer for their team. It's just counter productive for them to smash talk and deride the level of play, especially since it's on its way up.

Meh, I believe in preferences and shunning but not morality, but that's a philosophical argument that people may not want to go through in a Sounders-Chelsea match thread.

I know you don't. Some of these other Chelseatards are hating.

If United was doing what Chelsea is doing right now, I'd be all United.
