I don't know what this statement means. The u.s. currently doesn't have a bad team so I don't know how they'll continue to be bad. Also, the talent of a national team has almost nothing to do with getting a WC host since you know Qatar is a world beater and all. We've also hosted the World Cup before so it wouldn't be the first time.
