Adam Jahn. We didn't let Vazquez go as much as we didn't protect him in the expansion draft.
It's possible that we change the formation a little, or make Pity the striker and let Rossetto or Castro take Pity's spot.
Or we can convince Daniel Sturridge to take a bit of a pay cut but guarantee him the starting spot for the rest of the season.

I'm not so sure an English FA cup penalty has any effect on what the MLS can or could do (unless there is either written or hand-shake agreements between FAs to respect each others actions), but I doubt any team would touch a player currently banned due to a gambling allegation anyway.
