Big goal difference is big. What's the second tie breaker for final table position after goal differential? Bc a Chelsea tie and an arsenal one goal win puts them tied on both GD and points

So if Chelsea draw 0-0 and arsenal win 2-1, or Chelsea draw 1-1 and arsenal win 3-2, or any score in that pattern, then arsenal and Chelsea have a playoff at a neutral venue I believe
